There are two types of Teflon conveyor belts, one is Teflon high temperature cloth conveyor belt, and the other is Teflon mesh conveyor belt.

The Teflon mesh ( PTFE) conveyor belt have the following general properties:

1. Outstanding temperature resistance: It is used between -196 °C and 300 °C, with weather resistance and anti-aging.
2. Excellent chemical resistance: Resistant to chemical corrosion, resistant to strong acids, strong alkali and various organic solvents;
3. Superior non-stick surface, easy to clean: Non-adhesive: not easy to adhere to any substance. It is easy to clean all kinds of oil stains, stains or other attachments attached to its surface; almost all adhesive substances such as paste, resin, paint, etc. can be easily removed;
4. Dimensional stability: (extension coefficient less than five thousandths), high strength, with good mechanical properties;
5. Anti-bending fatigue:  can be used for smaller wheel diameters,
6. Resistant to pharmaceutical agents, non-toxic, almost resistant to all pharmaceutical products;
7. Fire retardant,
8. Breathability: The air permeability of the conveyor belt is high, the heat source is reduced, and the drying efficiency is improved.

Application of the Teflon mesh ( PTFE)  conveyor belt:
1.Textile, printing and dyeing: printing drying, bleaching and dyeing cloth drying, fabric shrinking drying, non-woven drying, etc. drying tunnel, drying room conveyor belt.
2.Loose dryer, offset printing machine, UV light curing machine, paper oil drying, UV drying, plastic products silk screen drying and other drying tunnels, drying room conveyor belt.
3.Other items: high-frequency drying, microwave drying, various food freezing and thawing, baking, heat shrinkage of packaged articles, drying of general moisture-containing articles, rapid drying of flux-type inks, etc.
